To creatively promote heroism and value-formation amongst children and young people of Quezon City as exemplified by Tandang Sora’s Seven Virtues: Kasipagan, Katapatan, Paglilingkod, Palabra de Honor, Kagandahang-loob, Pagmamalasakit at Pagkalinga. The Office of Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte launched a Musical Caravan for children that will be toured in QC communities starting October 2012 as part of the Children’s Month Celebration and in line with the bicentennial year of Tandang Sora. This “Maleta” play also includes workshops for children to create better interactive learning after the show. |
