The Honorable City Vice Mayor Ma. Josefina "Joy" G. Belmonte will deliver her Ulat sa Bayan ng Sangguniang Panlungsod preceding the 3rd State of the City Address (SOCA) of the Honorable City Mayor Herbert M. Bautista at 2:00 o' clock in the afternoon on Monday, October 8, 2012 at the Carlos Albert Hall in Quezon City Hall.

This much-awaited event highlights the recent developments of Quezon City through the reliability and efficiency of its workforce and the unwavering support of its people.

This event will be attended by City Councilors, Barangay Officials and other prominent dignitaries from the different national agencies. Moreover, former City officials, representatives from various NGOs & POs are also invited to witness this prestigious event of the City.
