QC ELECTED OFFICIALS TAKE THEIR OATH

On June 30, 2016, the newly-elected Quezon City officials took their oath of office before Supreme Court Associate Justice Diosdado Peralta at Liwasang Aurora, Quezon City Memorial Circle.
Mayor Herbert M. Bautista and Vice Mayor Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, who resume their posts on their third and last term after landslide victories, led the oath taking followed by the members of the 20th City Council and District Representatives.

Former House Speaker Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr. of District IV and Jorge Banal of District III were not present during the ceremony as they attended President Rodrigo Duterte’s inauguration in Malacañang. |
