PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS |
- “SIGHT FOR KIDS”
- Free eye refraction for all public elementary/HS/SHS students of the first district (January 21, 2020 to February 3, 2020)
- Distribution of 1,741 Free Prescription eyeglasses to identified public elementary/HS/SHS students (November 20-27, 2020)
- Free LEGAL AID – weekly free legal consultation / advice in cooperation with the San Beda Legal Aid Bureau.
- “MEAT on WHEELS" – a mobile meat shop that offers quality meat products at low prices. Initially a response to the limited market options during the start of the community quarantine, the “meat on wheels” now regularly operates in all 37 District 1 barangays.
- SSS Caravan – a rolling orientation/registration program that allowed the community to avail of Social Security System services right at their doorstep.
- “Dugong Alay, Dugtong Buhay” – blood donation drive to help augment the blood supply in partner hospitals, who accommodated blood requests from the first district.
- October 10, 2020 – (50 successful donors) Barangay San Jose Hall
- November 7, 2020 – (47 successful donors) Basilica Minor San Pedro Bautista (in partnership with Knights of Columbus)
- “COVID Buster” - comprehensive disinfection drive in various barangays and schools of the first district in response to the threat of Covid-19.
- DAY CARE CENTER – distribution of school supplies for all day care students of the first district (3,585 students), (November to December 2020)
- MASSAGE WELLNESS – free wellness activity in coordination with the Sangguniang Panlungsod.

- Distribution of Senior Citizen’s free Movie booklet
- Distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs), face masks and face shields to Frontliners, barangay personell, and other organizations
- Distribution of T-SHIRTS/Uniform to Frontliners , barangay personell, TODAs and organizations
- Distribution of Rice and Food Supplies to frontliners, barangay personell, TODAs and organizations
- Distribution of HYGIENE KITS to Frontliners, barangay personell, and other organizations
- Distribution of free Milk to indigent children during community quarantine
