- Promotion of public safety and security in each 142 barangay units of Quezon City through the creation of Barangay Anti-Crime Patrol Group
- Promotion of health and safety of the barangay officials and employees by providing health benefits in a form of Liga ng mga Barangay medical and hospitalization cash incentives/ reimbursements
- Improvement in the process of barangay conciliation by conducting an annual training-seminar and orientation for the barangay Lupong Tagapamayapa
- Advocating the general welfare of the barangay public safety officers (BPSO) by providing them annual training, medical and health benefits and incentives or allowances (institutionalization of the BPSOs)
