  • SP-5807, S-2013 Urging the City Mayor, Honorable Herbert M. Bautista, to allocate the necessary funds as financial assistance for the accredited Homeowners Association in Quezon City who is undergoing “re-blocking” as part of the CMP of the Gov’t.
  • SP-5795, S-2013 Urging DOTC and NTC to direct all mobile phone service provider, services provider or telecommunication company to strictly comply with the Provisions of Republic Act. No. 10639, otherwise known as “The Free Mobile Disaster Alerts Act”.
  • SP-5797, S-2013 Requesting the MERALCO to grant amnesty to all blacklisted former subscribers or customers whose electric service was disconnected due to non-payment of bills or illegal use of electricity.
  • SP-2247, S-2013 Mandating all punong barangays and the Task Force Copriss in Quezon City to summarily evict all persons conducting on-going construction of any structure in public or private lands within the territorial jurisdiction of Quezon City without the express consent of the registered land owner or the necessary building permit from the City Government and to demolish such structure
  • SP-6006, S-2014 Requesting the City Mayor, Hon. Herbert M. Bautista, to direct the concerned Dept. /Office of the Quezon City Government who desire to be disaster volunteers for accreditation in the Office of Civil Defense of the Department of National Defense (DND) and the barangay where the employee-volunteer is residing.
  • SP-5977, S-2014 Authorizing the Quezon City Government through Mayor Herbert M. Bautista, to grant financial assistance in the amount of Php 21,950,068.60 to the Municipality of Santa Fe, Leyte for the restoration and reconstruction of the Municipal Hall Complex, destroyed by Typhoon Yolanda.
  • SP-6015, S-2014 Ratifying the MOA entered into by and between the Quezon City Government represented by the City Mayor, Honorable Herbert M. Bautista, and the National Food Authority to allow the purchase of rice on credit for relief operations wherever a State of Calamity is declared either by the Local Legislative Bodies or the Office of the President.
  • SP-6383, S-2014 Authorizing the Quezon City Government, thru the City Mayor, Honorable Herbert M. Bautista, to purchase one (1) unit of Rescue Water Pillow Tank amounting to one million five hundred thirty one thousand pesos (Php1, 531,000.00), intended for the use of the Risk Reduction Management Programs of the QCDRRMC, to be Charged Against the Funds of the City Mayor’s Office
  • SP-2301, S-2014 Ordinance setting for discipline hours in Quezon City for minor children from 10:00AM P.M. to 5:00 A.M., providing penalties for violation thereof and for other purposes.
  • SP-2294, S-2014 Ordinance making it unlawful for school authorities and members of Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) in public schools in Quezon City to require the payment of any fee or voluntary contribution prior to or as a condition precedent for the enrolment and/or graduation of students.
  • SP-5960, S-2014 Authorizing the City Mayor to Enter into an agreement with the National Food Authority to allow the purchase of rice on credit for relief operations whenever a State of Calamity is declared either by the Local Legislative Bodies or the Office of the President.  
  • SP-2295, S-2014 Authorizing the City Mayor to take full Control and Supervision of all the barangays in Quezon City during the height of calamity or emergency for the purpose of accelerating or fast tracking the rescue, clearing, relief, or recovery operations in the affected barangay, and for other purposes.
  • SP-2290, 2014 Creating the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (QCDRRMO), defining its functions, duties and responsibilities, providing for its composition, appropriating funds thereof and for other purposes.
  • SP-2307, S-2014 Mandating law enforcement agency/office or any of their authorized law enforcement office to accept/receive the arrested person for investigation and proper referral pursuant to Rule 113 of the Revised Rules on Criminal Procedure of the Rules of Court of the Philippines Under Citizen’s Arrest.
  • SP-6513, S-2015 Urging the Hon. Mayor of Quezon City, the Chairman of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority of Environment and Natural Resources to close down the sanitary landfill or transfer station in Barangay Payatas, Q.C.
  • SP-6424, S-2015 Authorizing the QCDRRMC to conduct the Incident Command System (ICS) training courses and appropriating the amount of one million pesos (Php1,000,000.00) to be taken from the LDRRMF.
  • SP-6429, S-2015 Authorizing the QCDRRMC to conduct the Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (RDANA) training and to Appropriate the amount of four hundred ten thousand eight hundred thirty two pesos (Php410, 832.00) to be taken from the LDRRMF.
  • SP-6539, S-2015 Resolution strongly supporting House Bill No. 6713 Entitled “An Act to Strengthen Nation-Building through the Institutionalizing of a Strategic Volunteerism-Based Multi-Sectoral Public Private Partnership Framework in all (LGUS) and Congressional Districts in the country and for other purposes or otherwise known as Filipino Volunteerism In Nation-Building (VNB) or Bayanihan sa Bagumbayan (BSB) Act”.
  • SP-6627, S-2015 Authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Herbert M. Bautista, to utilize the LDRRMF and lump sum appropriations ordinance of Quezon City for the purchase of various equipment, water treatment facilities and seminars, to be used by the Department of Public Order and Safety.
  • SP-6675, S-2015 Authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Herbert M. Bautista to extend financial assistance in the amount of P33,557,000.00 to the Municipalities in Regions II and III of Northern Luzon severely affected by Typhoon Lando (Koppu) namely: San Miguel, Bulacan; Baler, Aurora and Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya to be taken from the LDRRMF
  • SP-2444, S-2015 Ordinance disqualifying as Beneficiaries from Socialized Housing Program of the City Government or any National Agency those who commit acts of unjustified and deliberate refusal of non-conformist occupants and/or recalcitrant to be covered by the said program.
  • SP-2424, S-2015 Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. SP-2290, S-2014, to correct the position Titles, Qualification Standards and Salary Grades of the Technical Staff of the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (QCDRRMO), pursuant to joint Memorandum Circular No. 2014-1.
  • SP-2416, S-2015 Ordinance declaring the Month of December as volunteer month to be known as “Buwan Ng Bayanihang Bayan sa Quezon City” and to appropriate funds for annual celebration thereof.
  • PO19CC-451 Penalizing Professional Squatting, Providing for Summary Demolition and Relocation within Quezon City, Pursuant to Republic Act No. 7279, and for other purposes.

  • PO19CC-189 Requiring all Owners or Occupants of Condominium Units or any Residential Building in Quezon City who are actually residing therein to undergo Disaster Awareness and Preparedness Seminar providing penalties for violation thereof and for other purposes.

  • PR19CC-1121 Authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Herbert M. Bautista to enter into a Contract with the PHIVOLCS-DOST to conduct the Rapid Earthquake Damage Assessment System (REDAS) Training thru the QCDRRMC and appropriating funds for the purpose.
