  • SP-2309, S-2014 A Resolution Declaring the 2ndweek of December of every year as an Urban Poor Week in recognition of the Quezon City’s continuing commitment to alleviate the condition of the urban poor sector and its participation in the development of the City.
  • SP-5824, S-2014 A resolution authorizing the Quezon City Housing and Urban Renewal Authority, Inc. (Hura), to take the lead in determining the true status of the Manresa Urban Redevelopment Housing Project, undertake review, assessment of the same, and come out with a new plan that would address the basic needs of the program beneficiaries thereat and consider the construction of medium rise building in coordination with the Urban Poor Affairs Office, City Legal Department City Planning and Development Office, and the Engineering Department.

Bautista to enter into a Deed of Donation with the Del-Nacia Corporation by accepting the donation made by the latter corporation in favor of the City Government relative to Two (2) Easement Lots, Thirteen (13) Road Lots and One (1) Open Space Located at Del-Nacia Ville No. 4, Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
  • SP-5996, S-2014 Resolution authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Herbert M. Bautista to negotiate and enter into a Contract to acquire one hundred nine (109) square meters portion of the property identified as Lots 5-A, (LRC) Psd-172587 with an area of four hundred fifty four (454.00) square meters registered in the name of Felicidad E.
