  • SP-2236, S-2013 An ordinance further amending the tax rate of certain items under Chapter Three (Tax on Business) and Chapter Four (Other Taxes) of the Quezon City Revenue Code in accordance with the limitations set-forth in the Local Government Code.
  • SP-2228, S-2013 An ordinance amending ordinance no. SP-1508, S-2005, authorizing the City Tresurer to accept as an alternative mode of payment for the taxes and fees from taxpayers through the use of over the counter payments in accredited banks, internet banking, automated teller machines and mobile money and other purposes.
  • SP–2286, S-2014 An ordinance creating the joint task force Pugad Lawin consisting of members of the Executive Department and the Sangguniang Panlungsod to establish Socialized Housing in Sitio Militar, Brgy, Bahay Toro, District 1, Quezon City, appropriating funds therefor, and for other purposes.
  • SP-2257, S-2014 An ordinance increasing the longevity pay of career civil service employees of the Local Government of Quezon City from one hundred pesos for every five years of service to two hundred pesos for the same period, amending the provisions of existing ordinances and resolution accordingly, appropriating funds therefor, and for other purposes.
  • SP–5879, S-2014 An ordinance ratifying the contract of lease by and between the city government of Quezon City represented by Mayor Herbert M. Bautista and the Landbank of the Philippines – Quezon City Hall Branch, subject to existing laws, rules and regulations.

  • SP–2329, S-2014 An ordinance granting and increasing to one thousand and five hundred pesos (Php1, 500.00) the quarterly rice assistance/subsidy to all Quezon City Hall regular employees starting on the quarter of its year 2014 and every year thereafter and appropriating funds thereof.
  • SP–2344, S-2014 An ordinance condoning the penalty incurred and restructuring the account balance of the delinquent beneficiaries of Samahang Magkakapitbahay, Inc., Brgy. San Jose, District I, Quezon City, and other similarly-situated urban poor housing projects under the direct sale program of the Quezon City Government.
  • SP–2363, S-2014 An ordinance granting relief to real property taxpayers who have incurred more than five (5) years of delinquent real property taxes. 
  • SP–2361, S-2014 An ordinance requiring all persons acquiring real property in Quezon City or making improvements thereon to declare and file a sworn statement to the Office of the City Assessor for real property taxation purposes such property within sixty (60) days after it acquisition or upon completion occupancy or installation of machineries whichever comes first and imposing penalties for violation thereof.
  • SP–2362, S-2014 An ordinance exempting taxpayers who pay their business tax for the year 2015 with an increase of thirty percent (30%) or more than the whole year of 2014 business tax payment from submission of business records, books, audited financial statements and other similar documents upon declaration of their gross sales/ receipts during assessment and examination of their business and other pertinent records or the year 2014 only.

  • Libreng paaral at pagtustos sa anumang mga (scholarship) sa pakikipagugnayan sa Scholarship & Youth Devt. Program (SYDP) .
  • Programa sa pagbibigay ng 25% (new), 20% (old) diskwento sa matrikula para sa pag-aaral sa STI College Munoz Campus.
  • Programa sa Senior High School (K-12) ng pagbibigay 5% diskwento sa matrikula para sa pag-aaral sa STI College Muñoz Campus.
  • Pagbibigay ng "back pack" bag, "raincoat" at "school supplies" sa mga magaaral ng "day care" at elementarya
  • Pagbibigay ng mga "libro" sa mga magaaral ng elementarya
  • Pagtuturo ng kaalaman sa computer sa pamamgitan ng "Mobile Computer Bus" sa mga Barangay at Paaralan.
  • Taonang Libreng Serbisyong Medikal sa mga Guro at Empleyado (x-ray at urinalysis) .

PROGRAMA PARA SA SENIOR CITIZENS AT PERSON WITH DISABILITY (PWD)
  • Murang pagpapalibing (libreng atoul, embalsamo ng limang araw, paggamit ng mga "devotional equipment" at pagdadala sa sementeryo)
  • Uniporme ng mga opisyal ng organization ng Senior Citizens sa 37 barangays ng Unang Distrito
  • Libreng "check-up" at gamot para sa maintenance ng high blood, cholesterol at mga bitamina
  • Libreng hatid at sundo para sa panunuod ng sine ng mga Senior Citizens kada araw ng Lunes at Martes
  • Caregiver para sa mga Senior Citizens na naparalisa at inatake sa puso.
  • Wheelchair at Prosthetic Legs Program
